The design emphasizes a harmonious dialogue with nature, inspired by the monarch butterfly, (Danaus plexippus), integrating full-height fenestration, natural materials, and strong structural forms.
Key Features:
Massing Articulation: The building’s volume is carefully sculpted through strategic setbacks, generating a dynamic form while creating private terraces and reducing the visual weight of the façade. These horizontal recesses articulate the mass and provide spatial relief with natural Integration and visual access to green surroundings.
Communal Wellness Spaces & Lifestyle Amenities:
Ground Floor: Mixed Use: Includes street-facing commercial spaces, activating the pedestrian realm and contributing to the urban vibrancy. Space, and BEQ areas, Tostering community engagement offering residents a resort like experience.
Materiality: The façade is composed primarily of masonry brick, lending permanence and warmth, contrasted by metal siding elements for sleekness and modern identity.
