Project Summary:

Le Drummond Condominiums is a modern residential development located in the heart of downtown Montréal, combining high-rise living with premium urban amenities. The development’s dual tower approach is anchored by a central “Cube” that unites the two volumes, providing shared amenities, social spaces, and a rooftop oasis. Le Drummond successfully integrates the dynamism of urban life with refined residential comfort.

Architectural Vision:

The architecture seeks to mediate between the scale of Montréal’s downtown towers and the human scale of street life. The Cube, positioned between towers, becomes a connective heart, visually and programmatically binding the two volumes while offering interior transparency, amenity access, and rooftop continuity. Facade composition emphasizes large glazing and refined materials, enabling light, views, and visual openness without compromising structure or privacy. Above, the rooftop experience is elevated literally with lounge terraces, a saline pool, panoramic views of Mount Royal and the city skyline, and curated social space.

Key Features:

Central Cube & Amenity Hub: The Cube is the architectural and social nexus connecting the two towers. It hosts a two-level fitness centre, lounges, and links into the rooftop terraces.

Rooftop Oasis: Includes a saline pool, lounge decks, dining and BBQ areas, and panoramic viewpoints over Mount Royal and downtown Montreal.

Facade & Material Strategy: A modern, glazed exterior interspersed with refined cladding that echoes the contemporary skyline while responding to context. Oversized windows maximize natural light and views.
