Architectural Vision:

The design of Le Montcalm draws inspiration from the rhythm of downtown life while integrating harmoniously with the urban fabric. Its architectural language plays on contrasts, between light and dark, solid and void, balancing bold volumetric presence with refined detailing. A central design element is the corner tower wrapped in vertical glass strips, creating a beacon-like feature at the intersection and bathing the circulation spaces with natural light. The façade alternates between dark and light masonry brick volumes, while the use of vertical window proportions emphasizes the height and elegance of the structure.
